1) Confirm your DBA name is an approved name with the GREC.

2) Go the the DeKalb County Superior Court website to download the Trade Name Statement. When filling out the form you must use the CURB address:

3) After your DBA is published for 4 weeks, please email both your

Proof of Publication and your Trade Name Statement to: join@CURB.estate
